In order to maintain the order, safety and cleanliness of our Academy as well as to get the most out of your training it is important that you read, remember and follow these rules.
Academy Rules:
1.Always come prepared.
2.Always be kind and courteous to your fellow training partners. Practice safely.
3.Always respect your Instructors.
4.Always practice the ways of the warrior.
5.Never use foul or abusive language.
6.Never hurt anyone purposely. Always give them time to tap.
7.Never disrespect your instructors.
a.Pay attention when they teach and don’t talk.
b.Don’t back talk to your instructor.
c.Don’t work ahead of the instructor unless told otherwise.
d.Never challenge or confront your instructor.
Hygiene and Dress Code:
1.Always bring appropriate gear for each class.
2.Always keep your gear and apparel clean. Wash your cloths and Gi’s. Disinfect your gear.
3.Always keep your finger and toe nails clipped.
4.Always shower and wear deodorant as necessary.
5.Never wear street shoes of any kind on the mats.
6.Never go to the bathroom barefoot and walk back on the mats. Wear shoes to the bathroom.
7.Never wear cloths with vulgar language or inappropriate messages on them.
8.Never wear jewelry when training with others.

Respect = Honor the Lord and treat others with care, kindness and good manners. Help take care of your training facility.
Focus/Awareness = Pay attention to the Instructors when they teach. Pay attention to your surroundings when training.
Humility = Remove your ego, remove pride and seek the best interest of others.
Trust = Be honest, fair and considerate in your conduct with others and with your duties be responsible.
Gentleness = Although we fight, we are never striving to be violent. Take care of each other. Let your mouth be gentle as well. Be gentle in action and in speech.
Self –Control = Control your emotions, attitude and actions. Most of all control your speech. From the tongue runs the overflow of the heart.
Patience = Be patient toward others and with yourself. Sometimes the fastest way to succeed is with patience.
Perseverance = Warriors don’t quit. We tap but we don’t give up!
Love= With love there is no need for a set of rules. They all are summed up in this one thing.
Loyalty = Be faithful in and to God. Be faithful to your family, friends and team. Devote yourself to train not only the body but more importantly the mind and spirit . This is the way of the warrior.
