Congratulations to Josh Epps

Congratulations to Josh Epps who recently graduated from the Frederick Rescue Mission Recovery Program! Josh will be leaving us in June as he moves to Kentucky with the Job Core. Keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he will be tested now in an environment where he doesn't have anyone close to hold him accountable.
