The Frederick Wellness Challenge Launch Party is this Saturday from 11-4 at Baker Park. I have a demonstration to do and a I will also have a table set up to hand out info. As it turns out,I am going to have to steal some of my mats from the Clinch to take down there and therefore we will be closed on Saturday. Please come and check out the launch party there will be all kinds of demos and so forth going on.

Monday, May 26th ( Memorial Day)
A Open Mat session will be held from 6-8 p.m. All are welcome.
There will be no regular scheduled classes that evening.
