About our programs:

MMA 101
Monday & Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of Kick Boxing, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu and Sambo. Students in this class will be equipped with a solid foundation in MMA that will allow them to progress to the next level were they can train for fights if desired. No experience necessary! Experience starts here!

MMA Pro/Am
Monday and Wednesday from 8-9 p.m.

This class is by invitation only. In this class we take the skills you learned in the 101 class and begin training you and or get you to help train our amateur and pro fighters for fights. The fitness and intensity level is very high.

Required Gear = MMA Gloves, Training Gloves, Shin Guards, Mouth Piece, Cup, Head Gear. Buy Here


Jiu-Jitsu 101
Monday & Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Our Jiu-Jitsu 101 class is comprised of 12 sessions. Each session is about 4-6 classes long and covers a specific fight scenario. Each scenario has either a self-defense or tournament focus. Every session builds the scenario and ends with a review class in which we review and drill the scenario with aliveness. All the basics of Jiu-Jitsu for both self-defense and competition are covered in this class!

Mixed Level Jiu-Jitsu
Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30-1:30p.m. and Tuesday from 8-9 p.m.

This class covers all the important take downs, positions, submission, sweeps and escapes of jiu-jitsu. Unlike the 101 class, this class does not operate on a rotating curriculum but has more of an open format. All levels are welcome and will be grouped accordingly.

Submission Grappling
Thursdays from 8-9 p.m.

Submission grappling is jiu-jitsu without a Gi. Shorts and a t-shirt or better yet a rash guard are worn during this class. This class is run just like the Tuesday evening Jiu-jitsu class only with out the Gi.

Kick Boxing
Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45-7:45 p.m.

All though kickboxing is a great work out, don't mistake this class for cardio kickboxing, it's the real deal! This is a mixed group class and you can come train at your own pace. The class will include fitness, shadow boxing, thai pad drills as well as thai clinch and sparring drills!

Open Mat
Saturday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Open mat is a time for to come in and practice as you wish. It does count as a class even though it is not a formal class. All adult students of all classes are welcome during this time.


Youth Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Our youth class is for ages 6-14. This class covers the basics of jiu-jitsu and kick boxing both. We try to make the class fun while at the same time teaching discipline, focus, respect and honor. This is the only program that is seasonal. Look at payment information for more information about seasons.

Lil' Warriors
Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.-12 p.m.

Our Lil' Warriors program is just a fun time for you to bring your 3-5 year old in to burn energy while learning basic body mechanics of jiu-jitsu, simple gymnastics and great coordination skills for any sport or game. They will also beat on the pads a little and learn about discipline, focus, respect and honor.
