Congrats to Matt Caudle for his victory in the VFL this past weekend! Matt had a rough fight but was still able to sink in a triangle choke and get the tap in the
2nd round! Jason Bariatti and Joey Hughes fought last weekend as well but both fell short of the victory. Hats off to them all for getting in the cage and doing their best!
This Wednesday the 26th the usual classes will be closed but there will be open mat
from 6-8 p.m. On Thursday we will be closed for thanksgiving.
With that in mind...Happy Thanksgiving to all! I am so blessed to have such great students as you. Thank you for all your time, energy and support! May God bless you!
